Steven D. Rothberg
Capital 1031 Exchange Company is managed by Steven D. Rothberg, Esquire, a real estate attorney with 12 years of experience in the tax deferred exchange area. Mr. Rothberg was a former counsel to the one of the largest exchange companies in America, and is a frequent lecturer throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware on the topic of 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions. Steven Rothberg brings the expertise to your transaction, along with a “hands on” approach to ensure that Capital 1031 is involved in every step of the process.

David Rush
David Rush has a 32 year record in sales and management in the real estate transactional services industry. From 1974 through 1985, he co-owned and shared responsibility for the total performance and management of Congress Title Corporation, a large, full-service title agency located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Rush was the primary force in the formation of Surety Title Corporation in March of 1992. Since then, Rush's diversified background, innovative approach to marketing, and commitment to service have been key to the company's growth. |
