The Capital 1031 Discovery Call
Every client gets the highest level of service and attention. At Capital 1031 we begin with a preliminary Discovery Call. This Discovery Call is critical for us to understand your goals and objectives. During the initial 20 minute phone consultation, we’ll review all of the requirements for eligibility, identify your individual needs and determine the goals of your exchange. We’ll also determine whether subsequent discovery sessions may be required to include your attorney or accountant. This gives us the ability to ensure the compliance of your exchange and to be sure that we have a complete understanding in order to properly structure your exchange. It also gives us the opportunity to determine whether you should be doing an exchange. Many of our Discovery Calls result in a potential client discovery alternative options to the exchange.

Capital 1031 Preparation Package
Following the preliminary Discovery Call, each client receives a Capital 1031 Preparation Package. This package of information includes recommended materials tailored to the client’s needs including materials such as the initial application, important FAQs on 1031 exchanges, a list of any and all important deadlines, and a portfolio of informative case studies and stories on successful exchanges from other clients. This package of information provides you everything you need to feel comfortable moving forward with your exchange – whether it is your first, or your tenth.
